Privacy and your personal data

We can process your personal data for various purposes. We process data because you want to become a customer of ours and if you want to purchase a product or service from us. We conduct customer research. Or if we are legally obliged to do so. For example, if we have to pass on your details to the tax authorities. We also process your data to prevent payment data fraud. Or if we want to approach you for marketing purposes. In chapter 6 of the Privacy Statement, you can read exactly for what purposes and on what basis we process your personal data.

We only share your data with others if there is a good reason or obligation to do so. For example, we can share your personal data with other divisions within the Rabobank Group. We also pass on your data to other parties outside Rabobank. Consider, for example, sharing data with the government, companies we work with or other financial service providers. In the Privacy Statement you can read when and under what conditions we share your data.

Of course, you can also submit your question or complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
