So you have the purchase of hardware, such as the kiosk, a TV screen, a printing machine for the kiosk receipts, but then you are not there yet. The orders have to be shared with the work screen in the kitchen so the cooks know what to make and this has to converge with the orders at the till. These kinds of links require several plug-ins. This is just part of the costs an SME in the hospitality industry faces."
